LeaBeth Pack, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Born and raised in Lebanon, Tennessee, LeaBeth brings a deep connection to the community she serves, along with over 15 years of experience in acute and intensive care settings.

She began her nursing career in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, where she developed expertise in heart transplant care, LVAD training, coronary artery bypass recovery, and neurology intensive care. LeaBeth earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Middle Tennessee State University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Tennessee State University in 2010.

During her clinical rotations, she gained experience in primary care, emergency medicine, women’s health, cardiology, and diabetes management. Her care philosophy is simple yet powerful: treat every patient with the same compassion and attention she would offer her own family.

LeaBeth is known for her thoughtful listening, dedication to building open and trusting relationships, and her commitment to helping patients make informed, positive health choices.
