STEVEN PACK

Steven Pack, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 20 years of experience in the medical field. Originally from Middle Tennessee, Steven has dedicated his career to providing compassionate, high-quality care across a wide range of specialties, including Emergency Medicine, Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Hospital Medicine, and Family Practice.

He earned his degree from Trevecca Nazarene University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1997, and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Steven is deeply committed to the well-being of his patients and the community he serves. His approach to medicine is rooted in integrity, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others.

He currently resides in Lebanon, Tennessee, with his wife, LeaBeth, and their three children. Outside of work, Steven enjoys spending time with his family and staying connected to the community that shaped his values and career.
