VANESSA SANTANA

NURSE PRACTITIONER

Vanessa Santana, NP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) with over 13 years of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2011, following her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from New Mexico State University’s Roadrunner Accelerated Nursing Program in 2007.

Vanessa also holds a Master of Social Work (2004) from New Mexico State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (2001) from Loyola University New Orleans, giving her a strong foundation in behavioral health and holistic care. Her multidisciplinary education allows her to approach healthcare with empathy, clinical excellence, and a deep understanding of the emotional and social factors that impact wellness.

Fluent in Medical Spanish, Vanessa is passionate about expanding access to quality care for diverse populations. She is committed to collaborative, evidence-based practice to promote optimal health, manage chronic conditions, and support disease prevention in a family practice setting.

Vanessa recently relocated to Lebanon, Tennessee to be closer to her sister and now serves the community through Pack Family Practice. She is the proud mother of twins and wife to a dedicated firefighter. Her personal and professional experiences shape her warm, accessible approach to care, and she values building lasting, trusting relationships with her patients and their families.
